Job Description:
The Engineering team is recruiting for a Technical Sales Engineer to serve as company liaison with customer on administrative and technical matters. You will be responsible for selling into new prospects as well as farming back into existing customers to ensure high renewal and customer satisfaction levels. Measures of success include new customer acquisition rates, renewal rates, up-selling, cross-selling, customer satisfaction and contribution to overall sales and business success.

Manager, Engineering & Sales
Responsibility:
- Manage existing customers and develop new customers, and understand customer's business status, look for business opportunity and foster good customer relationship for revenue growth and customer retention.
- Generate sales to achieve profitability and distribution objectives and performing sales administration duties
- Proactively look for business expansion opportunities and new customer for the company.
- Provide sales pitch to the customer on the technology and services offering.
- Conduct multiple site visitations to customers at their work place/office. Attend to site inspections and other site related matters.
- Support marketing activities in seminars, trade shows, conferences and other marketing events.
- Attend to enquiry on project works, opportunities and provide quotations accordingly to customers.
- Gather and analyse on customers/competitors' activities/products/industry developments and compile market intelligence reports, work closely with product development team to fulfill client's requirement.
- Deliver product presentations to current and potential clients
- Undertake any relevant tasks as may be directed by the superior from time to time.
Requisite Criteria & Skills
- Degree/Diploma in any field (engineering related major is preferred).
- At least 2 years of sales experience within engineering space, candidates with technical background are welcome to apply.
- Team player and independent, good communication skills.
- Able to work independently and adapt to a dynamic working environment.
- Able to generate additional sales and get new customer for the business.
- Willing to learn and pick up new skills as required.
- Need to travel within the Singapore.
